VOLUNTEERS POSITIONS

The Sapperton Steet Festival Committee needs your help. If you enjoy the Sapperton Street Festival, this is your opportunity to be apart of the day! We are looking for people in our community to help us make this years Sapperton Street Festival the best yet.

Come out & support your community and help raise money for the Royal Columbian Hospital Foundation!

Sponsor Contact - coordinate sponsors, collect logos & coordinates with PR.
Flyer & Poster Distribution Coordinator - coordinates flyer routes & volunteers.
Flyer & Poster Distribution - deliver flyers to businesses and community centers around New Westminster, Burnaby, Surrey, Port Moody & Coquitlam
Sign Volunteers - puts up/takes down signs around Sapperton prior to event.
PR Coordinator - writes & sends out press releases & announcements, coordinates with any print, radio, television & multimedia.
Concession & Restaurant Coordinator- contacts all concession providers, coordinates menu items, space & power.
Tent & Table Coordinator- coordinates donations on day of event - set up/take down of tents, tables & chairs for vendors.
Tent & Table Volunteers (multiple volunteers) - set up/take down of tents, tables & chairs for vendors.
Ticket Sales- answer questions & be cashiers for ticket sales on day of event.
Site Aids(multiple volunteers) - assist with bike races& sign up, help vendors, general aid on day of event.
Pancake Breakfast Volunteers (multiple volunteers) - assist pancake breakfast set up & change over to craft tables after breakfast.
Road Block Volunteers - oversee road blocks, regulate traffic in & out of Festival area.
